Melanie Cusano

Melanie, from a young age, aimed to be her own boss, finding inspiration in her family’s restaurant business, growing up just outside of Chicago, Illinois. Following her parents’ retirement path she discovered beautiful Naples, Florida. With early work experience apprenticing with female business owners in Financial Planning her curiosity and drive to achieve financial independence was born. 

After decades spent working in the financial services industry, including securities, insurance, and roles in bookkeeping, management, sales, and training, Melanie now leads her own family’s small business as Chief Financial Officer. When she’s not travelling with husband Tony, or spending time with family, she enjoys relaxing by the pool with her yellow labs, Layla and Stella.
