This remodel started as a phone call from a repeat client. We had done a full renovation for their previous condo years ago and were in the process of purchasing a new unit in a new building that needed a makeover.
We were able to access the full building prints, condo layout and photos to help us in the preliminary design desires requested.
This 3000sf condo at on the 11th floor in The Monaco with an ocean view so there were no details or expenses spared, we were however limited on our full capabilities due to structural walls and columns. The client enjoyed an open concept for the living, dining and kitchen areas but reserved privacy for the master and guest dwellings. One of the guest rooms was also to accommodate two fold down beds for guests, a desk big enough for two to work comfortably and an additional fold out desk so the room can not only double as an office but triple as a craft room.
After a full reworking of the master bathroom layout, removal of a couple nonstructural columns to gain interior space, reconfiguring the kitchen, new framed ceilings and all new cabinetry, flooring and finishes this one speaks for itself. In fact this one remodel alone brought in a handful of new clients in the Monaco not only for our professionalism and courtesy but our attention to detail. This is another Gold Coast job well done and one of our personal favorites.
