Gold Coast Renovations is by far the best renovation and construction firm I have ever worked with! They managed the whole project while we were away for the summer without bothering us with the small details but contacting us for any questions or big decisions we needed to make. The perfect balance. We had a little bit of a delay with the permitting process but that was not in their control. Once permitted we were good to go and all went very smoothly and came out SO MUCH BETTER that I could have imagined. I would definitely work with Tony and Tony :) Again.

We had an excellent experience with Gold Coast Renovation. Every step of the process was an experience of great quality. Communication with every team member was quick and always expressed to the whole team. The team helped with choosing every design aspect of our renovation. From tile to countertops, flooring to appliances, and lighting and to plumbing fixtures. They also designed and installed a “smart home”. Two years ago, we began looking for a reputable company who could do a small remodel project for us – originally we were hoping to redesign and remodel two bathrooms. From the beginning, Gold Coast was professional and creative. Tony and Joey helped us see possibilities within our condo which we had not seen – the closing of a door and the moving of our laundry room were just the beginning of what ended up being a larger project than we originally set about doing. We better utilized spaces, Gold Coast was willing to use some original materials to help us save on cost, and, 6 months later, we have a more usable, efficient and beautiful space than we dreamed of having. And, I haven’t even mentioned the actual work: our onsite project manager was completely can-do and the subs who work with Gold Coast reflect Tony’s desire for professionalism and perfectionism. Michael, our project manager, worked through every detail and punch list item with the same energy at the end that he did at the beginning. We are so grateful to have found Gold Coast. We highly recommend them!
We decided to completely renovate our house and expand our kitchen and living space. We took the time to review proposals from 3 different contractors and ended up selecting Gold Coast Renovations for our project and could not be happier. What made them different from the others was that Tony had vision. He could see improvements to our floorplan and layout that even we had not considered including adding a full 3rd bath and turning our guest room into a full en suite, not to mention giving us the kitchen of our dreams…Great quality, they get things done, they stay on plan and they are just a great group of people, what more could you ask for? Wish I could give Gold Coast 6 stars. Our experience was very positive from the first time we met to the end. It was so easy to go to their show room and choose our flooring, our bath tiles and our quartz. Tiffany and Haley were awesome in helping to find sinks, faucets, mirrors, ect. Our on site visit with Tony gave us the opportunity to discuss floor plan changes. He had many great ideas. Some we went with and some we did not. We worked together to figure it all out. There were change orders made along the way. All with a phone call and printed out clearly what the added costs would be…Gold Coast also stands behind their work…We clearly love our newly renovated home thanks to Gold Coast.
We hired Gold Coast Renovation to design and construct a mother-in-law addition. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of their work and their attention to detail. Their staff was there to make sure we were satisfied every step of the way. Looking forward to phase two, the kitchen/bath remodel!
I cannot say enough about the experience we received by using Gold Coast Renovations for our condo remodel. We were only in for a few days and Tony came over and discussed our plans and ideas. We had to leave early to go back up north but he opened his showroom on the weekend so we could go over all the design concepts and pick out all our cabinets, counters, colors etc…..he put together great schemes that really worked well in our space. Adam, who was the onsight manager was great in explaning everything that was going on while we were away and kept us up to date on what was happening. Patrick was in charge of the whole project and kept in constant contact via phone or text. The whole team at Gold Coast kept everything running smoothly and we could not be happier.
